The following monthly budget should give you an idea of your expenses while in the country, but remember that this is just an estimate:

*Based on working an ave. of 26 hours a week at $7.00 p/hr.*
	Rent:	$250.00	This is with a roommate or room rental
	Travel Exp.:	$150.00	(buses, taxis, etc., 2500 colones a day)
	Food:	$150.00	(Eating out, two meals a day, costing 1,500 colones each)
	Entertainment:	$150.00	(Cover charge at most clubs is 2000 colones, which includes two drinks. A beer is about 700 colones)
	Total:	$700.00
